Seller & Buyer
- The Seller&Buyer (S&B) simultaneously participates in the SB&C marketplace as an ICT wholesale provider and as a buyer. To use the SB&C marketplace, the seller & buyer (seller and buyer) enters into a contractual relationship with SB&C. There are various subscription modules for this purpose.
- S&B offers its own ICT-capacities and infrastructures to the global market. S&B defines its needs (infrastructures, products, services, bandwidths, SLA) and searches for free ICT capacities and infrastructures on the SB&C marketplace.
- S&B determines its own products, services, prices and Service Level Agreements.
- Leads are assigned to S&B through the SB&C marketplace.
- Through the SB&C marketplace, S&B receives various offers and options and evaluates the respective offers.
- The SB&C-marketplace mediates and brokers the ICT-capacities of S&B. A customer relationship for these ICT-capacities exists exclusively between S&B and the potential customer or supplier.
- The S&B can request additional services from SB&C.
