Buyer

• The buyer is an ICT-user (carrier, service provider, ISP, cable network provider, mobile provider, city network operator, utility, datacenter operator, etc.) that seeks capacities, infrastructures and services from the (worldwide) wholesale- and ICT-market.
• The buyer enters into a contractual relationship with SB&C to use the SB&C marketplace. Various subscription modules exist for this purpose.
• The buyer defines his requirements (infrastructures, products, services, bandwidths, SLA) and searches for free ICT-capacities and -infrastructures on the SB&C marketplace.
• The buyer receives various offers and options from the SB&C-marketplace and evaluates them for himself.
• The SB&C marketplace markets and brokers ICT-capacities. A customer relationship for these ICT capacities is established between the seller and the buyer.
• Sellers and Buyers can request and purchase further valued added services from SB&C.
