The SB&C marketplace is an electronic transaction platform. Sellers and buyers define their offers and needs and can exchange them electronically with each other.
Depending on the needs of the SB&C marketplace participants, the following portal modules are available:-
Offer Management for Sellers (Seller, Offer Management)
- Definition of own products, services, SLA, prices, etc. So that offers can be made available to the market.
- Contact details for Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Change Management and Escalation Management.

Supplier Management for Buyer (Buyer, Supply Management):
- Contact details for Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Change Management and Escalation Management
- Definition of own products, services, SLA, prices, etc.
- (Matching) products and SLA for own service extensions

Technical ICT capacity transfers for sellers and buyers (Network Interconnection Management)
- Geographical and technical definitions of the Point of Presence (POP). A POP can be, for example, a technical network transition, a data center or an incumbent headquarters.
- Management of the availability of products and offers in the POPs
- Management of the presence of the various suppliers (sellers) per POP

Purchasing Management & Financial Controlling for Buyer (PO Management for Buyer)
- ICT capacity inventories are automatically compared with the invoices of the sellers. Any errors are thus quickly identified and corrected.
- ICT capacities are administratively managed and clearly displayed, e.g. leased line management.

Contract Management (Legal Contract Management) for Seller and Buyer
- Administrative management of existing contracts.
- Management of contract terms
- Automated and early alerting for cancellations, renegotiations and contract extensions.

- Management of authorisations for access to technical infrastructures (POP, data centre, etc.)
