Seller
- The seller is an ICT provider (carrier, service provider, cable network provider, mobile provider, city network operator, utility, datacenter operator, etc.) that offers its free capacities, infrastructures and services to the (worldwide) wholesale and ICT-market. The seller enters into a contractual relationship with SB&C to use the SB&C-marketplace. – Various subscription modules exist for this purpose.
- The seller defines his own products, services, prices and Service Level Agreements and places them on the SB&C-marketplace.
- The SB&C-marketplace mediates and brokers free ICT-capacities of the sellers. A customer relationship for these ICT-capacities exists exclusively between the seller and the potential customer.
- Incoming leads are assigned to the seller through the SB&C-marketplace.
- The seller can purchase additional value added services from SB&C.
